The youth development program is designed for girls from 12 to 18 years old who have dropped out of school. They are all from poor families (mainly from slum-like neighborhoods with poor security). Those youths usually have no job skills. They often fall into the vicious circle of early pregnancy- being single parent-poverty.
This program provides these girls with free skill training, including English, sewing, handicraft weaving, and simple computer skills, to enhance their likelihood of being employed.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the program is currently suspended.
